Portals for your clients
A private area where clients place orders, upload files, track status, download invoices and pay. Fewer calls and emails, and every order leaves a clear trail.
We do custom software development when off-the-shelf tools do not fit the way you work: client portals, internal systems and integrations. You work directly with senior developers, and the estimate is free after a short call.

Custom software development makes sense when your business outgrows spreadsheets, email threads and ready-made tools that cover half of what you need. The typical sign is retyping: an order arrives by email, someone enters it into a spreadsheet, then someone else prepares the invoice. Every step is a chance for mistakes and lost time.
We turn that path into one web application. The client orders in a portal, the system applies the contracted price, creates the pro forma invoice and sends a reminder when it is overdue. You see the status on one screen instead of searching through your inbox. Every change leaves a trail, so you know who did what and when.
We build on Laravel with a MySQL database, with the front end in Nuxt or Next.js. These are proven technologies with large communities, so the system is not tied to a single developer. If you later need a mobile app for Android and iOS, the same business logic serves it through an API, without rewriting everything.
Software that does exactly what your team and your clients need.
A private area where clients place orders, upload files, track status, download invoices and pay. Fewer calls and emails, and every order leaves a clear trail.
CRM, job tracking, inventory or scheduling built around your real process. Everyone sees what they need, with roles and access rights for each user.
We connect your software to accounting, card payments, the Serbian SEF e-invoicing system, your ERP or other services, so data is never entered twice.
Automatic pro forma invoices at contracted prices, monthly billing, credit limits and reminders. The system does the maths, you review and send.
Orders, revenue, open items and team workload on one screen, instead of adding up several spreadsheets by hand at the end of the month.
Role-based sign-in, protection against abuse, regular database backups and an audit log of who changed what. Your data stays yours.
Companies whose work does not fit a ready-made product.
Manufacturers, distributors and service companies that take orders at contracted prices and want clients to order on their own, without emails and calls.
When the same data lives in three spreadsheets and two email threads, and mistakes surface only at the end of the month.
You have accounting, a website and payments, but the systems do not talk to each other. Integrations connect what you already use.
Timeline and price are set in the quote after scoping.
We go through your work step by step: who enters what, where mistakes happen and what takes the most time. After that you get a free estimate, with no obligation.
We write down the features of the first version and design the key screens. Before coding starts you know what you get, what it costs and when it is ready.
We build the system in parts you can try right away. First what saves the most time, then the rest in the order of your priorities.
We migrate existing data, put the system live and train your team. In the first weeks we watch closely and fix whatever gets stuck in real use.
After rollout we maintain the server, run backups and add features as your business grows, with the same team that wrote the system.
Systems that replaced email threads and manual retyping.
Dental manufacturing
Next to a Next.js website we built a private portal for dental labs: ordering at contracted prices, scan uploads up to 500 MB, pro forma invoices, monthly billing with a credit limit, automatic reminders and SEF e-invoicing.
Result The whole path from an uploaded scan to the pro forma invoice happens in the portal, and the site price list and structured data share one source.
IT services
Our own client system on Laravel: plan subscriptions with card payments, support tickets, chat with the team, invoices, booking and video consultations. The web portal and the Flutter app share the same API.
Result Clients manage their plan, support, invoices and appointments in one place, from a computer or a phone.
Custom software development costs as much as your process is complex. The price depends mostly on the number of user roles, how many rules the system applies on its own, integrations with other software, data migration and whether you also need a mobile app. That is why we start with your process and then send an estimate with a clear scope for the first version. You get the exact amount in the quote, and later phases are estimated separately.
Off-the-shelf software is the right choice when your work fits it. Bespoke software pays off when you pay for several licences and still do part of the job in spreadsheets, or when the very thing that sets you apart is not supported. Often the answer is in between: keep your ERP or accounting software, and we build the portal and integrations around it.
For web application development we use Laravel and MySQL on the server and Nuxt or Next.js on the front end. These are proven technologies with large communities, so another team can maintain the system if you ever want that. We write API integrations with banks, SEF or other services so that a failure in one service does not stop the whole system.
Before our first call, it helps to write down how the work flows today, who takes part and where the most time is lost. The spreadsheets and forms you use now are an excellent starting point. With us you work directly with the senior developers who write the code, with no sales layer in between. We do not sell licences or ready-made modules.
We are based in Belgrade, Serbia, and work remotely with companies across Serbia and abroad. Specification, phase demos and training happen over video calls, and you try the system in your browser as soon as the first part is ready. You do not need to know the technical details: describing how your work flows is enough. The first consultation is free and we reply within 24h on working days.
It depends on scope, so we do not sell it as a fixed package. User roles, business rules, integrations and data migration have the biggest impact. After a call about your process we send a free estimate with the scope of the first version, the price and the timeline.
We set the timeline in the quote after scoping. Work is split into phases and the first part you can use arrives before the end of the project, so the system starts saving time early rather than only when everything is finished.
Buy when your work fits the product. Build when you still do part of the job by hand or a key feature is missing. Often the best answer is both: keep the software you have and let us build a portal and integrations around it.
Yes, if the other system offers an API or data import. For the NST portal we connected pro forma invoices with SEF. Before the quote we check what your current software allows, so you know in advance which integration is possible and what it costs.
The data is yours, and the terms for the code are set in the contract before work starts. We build on proven technologies, so another team can maintain the system later if you ever need that. Before work starts you know exactly what is covered.
Yes. We build the backend with an API, so the same logic and data can serve a Flutter app for Android and iOS. Our own client system works this way: the web portal and the app use the same API.
The same team that wrote it, if you want. We maintain the server, update libraries, run backups and add features as the business grows. The maintenance scope is agreed separately, based on how often the system changes. We reply to reported problems within 24h on working days.
Tell us briefly what you do by hand today and what the system should take over. We reply within 24h on working days, and the first consultation is free.
