The Start package, up to 5 pages, costs from €300, Growth from €600 and Premium from €1,500, paid once. You can also take the same packages as a subscription: Start €20, Growth €40 and Premium €80 per month. If you add a blog, a shop, translations or more pages, the amount changes, and on the Packages page you see it update as you choose.

With a one-time build you pay for the site once and have no monthly costs after that. With a monthly or yearly subscription you pay less upfront, and while it runs, maintenance, hosting support and changes are included. If you pay yearly, you get two months free compared to paying monthly.

You pay for packages and subscriptions by card, through the bank's secure system with 3-D Secure confirmation. We never see or store your card details. For custom projects the payment method is written in the offer or pro forma invoice.

Card payments in Serbia are in Serbian dinars (RSD). Website package prices are in euros and are converted to dinars at the rate written in the order. IT support prices are already in dinars. If your card is issued in another currency, your bank may charge a slightly different amount.

You see the total before you pay, and for a custom project you get an offer with every item listed. The build price does not include hosting and the domain, which you pay to their providers, or the ad budget, which you pay directly to Google or Meta. We do nothing outside the offer until we have estimated it and you have approved it.

From 1,300 RSD per month for one workstation on the Basic plan. Standard, for up to 5 workstations, is 6,000 RSD, Premium, for up to 15 workstations, 17,000 RSD, and Enterprise 25,000 RSD per month. You sign no contract and can cancel the plan whenever you want.

From accepting the offer to launch, Start usually takes 2 to 3 weeks, Growth 3 to 5 and Premium with custom functionality 6 to 10 weeks. We write the exact deadline into the offer. It depends most on how quickly you send us the texts and photos.

First we talk about what you need, then we send you an offer with the scope, timeline and price. Once you accept it, we do the design, development and testing. You look at the draft through a link and send us your comments. At the end we launch the site and go through content management training with you.

Yes. During design and development you can see how far we have got and tell us what you think. Changes within the agreed scope are part of the job. If something falls outside the scope, we estimate it and agree it with you first, so the invoice holds no surprises.

Yes, we work with companies across Serbia and abroad. Everything can be done remotely: we talk by phone or video call, you review the design through a link, and the training is online. Packages and prices are the same for everyone.

You do. The source code of the site we build for you belongs to you, and we hand it over together with the site. For custom projects we write the exact transfer terms into the offer or contract.

In your name, or your company's. If you already have a domain, it stays with you and we only set it to point to the new site.

All of it: hosting, the site admin, the domain and Google accounts such as Analytics, Search Console and Ads. The accounts are yours, and we work in them as users you have given access to. You can take that access away from us at any time.

Yes, nothing ties you to us. The code, domain and access are yours, so another team can take over the site. We write sites as clean code in tools such as Nuxt and Laravel, without WordPress, so the new team needs a developer who works with that stack.

No, hosting is not part of the build price. We help you choose hosting that fits the site and open it in your name. Subscriptions and maintenance plans can also include hosting management, so we look after it for you.

With Start you get 30 days of technical support and with Growth 60 days, while Premium includes priority support and monthly maintenance with monitoring of the site. Bugs that show up in that period we fix free of charge. After that, we agree on maintenance separately.

Usually updates, backups, checking that the site is up, security and SSL checks and content changes. The exact list depends on the site and is written in the offer. New features and larger development work we estimate first and bill separately.

We work Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00. The first response time depends on your package and you can see it in the table on the Support page. When a site is down, that report goes ahead of all the others.

Yes, but we review it first. We look at the code, hosting and software versions and tell you what is fine and what is risky. If the site is too outdated, we will tell you openly when a redesign makes more sense.

Yes. Every package includes content management training, so you change texts, prices and photos yourself, without coding. Bigger changes, such as new sections or features, we do for you.

Every site gets a basic SEO setup: titles, meta descriptions, URL structure, sitemap and Search Console. Growth and Premium also get advanced SEO with structured data. Monthly SEO work is a separate job and costs from €200 per month.

Technical fixes often show in Search Console within the first weeks. Growth in rankings and enquiries usually takes several months, depending on the competition and the state of the site. That is why we do not promise you a date for rankings. Every month we show you what has moved.

No. Google decides the rankings and your competitors affect them too, so nobody can honestly guarantee you a position. What we guarantee is the work done and a report that shows what we changed and how clicks and enquiries are moving.

Running Google Ads campaigns costs from €230 per month, and Meta ads €200 per month. The ad budget is not part of that price. You pay it directly to Google or Meta, so you can always see how much has been spent.

If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. You have this right under the Serbian Consumer Protection Act. Send us your withdrawal statement by email to kontakt@itexpert.rs.

It does not apply in three cases: a service fully performed with your consent before the deadline, such as a consultation that has already taken place; a service made to your specific requirements; and digital content whose delivery started with your consent. If you asked for a service to start early and then withdraw, you pay a proportional part of what has already been done.

Within 14 days at the latest, using the same payment method you used. If you paid by card, the money goes back only to that same card. How long it takes to show on your account depends on your bank.

Send it by email or call us, with a description of the problem and the order or invoice number. We confirm receipt right away. We send our decision within 8 days at the latest, and resolve a justified complaint within 15 days of filing at the latest.

Yes. You get an invoice for every payment, and for companies and sole traders in Serbia we send it through the national e-invoicing system (SEF). When you order, send us the company name, tax ID (PIB) and registration number so the invoice reaches the right place.

For custom websites, apps and marketing, the written offer or contract for that project applies, with the scope, timeline and payment terms. The terms of purchase on the site apply when you buy products, packages and subscriptions through the site.
